Dear Pastor Howard;

Is the problem that you both don't go to bed at the same time?  Is it the selection of programs Carolyn is watching?

Seek the Lord first and pray this concern to Him.  Remember how we not only read the Word but listen to the Word?

If you feel there is a need for correction here then the first start is just talk to her about it.  Please don't be concerned about fixing the issue instantly in one sitting.  Let Carolyn do the talking and listen attentively.

In Luke 10:16, He who listens to you listens to me; he who rejects you rejects me; but he who rejects me rejects him who sent me.

Jesus listens to us who follow Him.  Be still for the Lord for at times He will work slowly so we can work through the processes but surely delivers promises in our lives

Men want to be listened to.  Women want to be listened to as well.  The difference is men's nature is to provide instant solutions whereas woman aren't seeking instant solutions but their soul mate who will be there to support their feelings that they are releasing.

In time the answer will be revealed and this could resolve your concern, Cork.

Praise God for His faithfulness in your marriage.

Your brother in Christ Jesus.   afro b

Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. Colossians 3:13    If this is hard then let go, allow the other to move on
