Don't beat yourself up Ichthus. The fact that Hagar was a princess isn't well known. It is a historical fact not mentioned in the Bible. I can only imagine that on one of the journeys of Abraham and Sarah through Egypt, even though Abraham "lied" and said Sarah was his sister, she must have met the princess and spoke of her God. The princess must have seen the wonders of her God and was willing to leave everything and learn more about Him. Sarah was a little evangelist I think. Regardless, Hagar is correct.
