I thought i'd share this idea with everyone.
Whenever I find an issue gets to big to pray for alone, and i ask some to pray with me, if they take on my prayer issue, i ask them if they have any issues they want praying for. that way, both prayer issues get double amounts of prayer!
maybe a silly idea
i dunno, it works with me!
p.s, if u have anything u want me to pray for i'll add it to my prayer list which gets updated weekly, answers to prayer added etc.

Dear Sarah; That is a precious idea and thank you for sharing it with your brothers and sisters. The administrators and moderators will pray and see about creating a forum for this besides "prayer requests". Please pray for your site at Gather In His Name? God does hear our prayers here, Sarah, as He has heard my prayers for you.  How are your studies coming along and the church? Sarah I find using a prayer book helps. I divide a book into 3 sections...person needing prayer, request, answer and date any prayer request and answer so it encourages me when i see the answers to prayer ( and YES most prayers DO get answered, its just often we don't realise it or we don't accept the answer). The idea of a prayer buddy system sounds good. Here is a suggestion for the prayer thread... how about the person who next is due to post a thread because they are in need posts an encouragement to the previous person and if they feel called to do so send a private message to that person as well  . This way, prayers posted have needs met  God bless |
