Having a picture next to my name

I can't seem to have a picture next to my name, it doesn't seem to be avaiable.......... is it just my end, would be grateful if one of the main men/ ladies would look into it, my wife seems to be able to have the option. huh

I just fixed the path to where the images are kept. Everyone should be able to have a picture by their name.
